Lizzo has officially released Bitch, her fifth studio album. In an announcement tied to the album’s launch on June 5, the singer introduced a 12-track project that follows her 2022 album Special.

The release comes after several months of promotion. As part of the rollout, Lizzo shared songs including the title track Bitch and Don’t Make Me Love U, giving listeners an early look at the sound and themes featured on the record.

The album brings together elements of pop, R&B, rap, and rock. Across the project, Lizzo continues to blend different musical styles while focusing on themes of confidence, self-expression, and personal growth.

The title plays an important role in the album’s message. Lizzo has described the project as an effort to reclaim the word “bitch” and turn it into a statement of empowerment and individuality.

Bitch arrives after a busy stretch of releases for the artist. The album features tracks including A Toast, Happy 2 Be, Whose Hair Is This, That GRRRL, and Goodmorning!, and is now available on major streaming platforms.
